History 

After the discussion the new institute received its bond to incorporate as the University of New York City by the legislation in 1831 which is often used by the old documents. Only after 1896 New York University has popular as it is after it's renamed. The first class of the New York University was held in 1832 and the first professional school of Law was established in 1835. 

In 1917, this university became the nation's biggest university mainly because of the enrollment of 9300 students. This university has to purchase another campus due to the overcrowded by students in Washington Square. The university Logo is taking an important place in New York University which is designed 1965 a graphic designer. 

New York University was selected to one of the biggest private schools with more than 11000 undergraduate and graduate students and also having the 7th biggest university housing system in USA.
